About Me

I have always loved baking and dreamed about being a pastry chef. I completed a Certificate I in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations) in 2000, however decided at the end of high school to pursue my other passion for computer programming. I finished my honours degree in IT in 2007, and have since been a computer programmer in the public service. After lots of encouragement from family & friends, in 2016 I launched Anita of Cake as a registered home food business, and have been loving the experience so far. Thanks to everyone for your ongoing support in making my dream of caking a reality xx
