This was my second go at doing a marketstall, although this one I was running on my own, so I think I was much better prepared than the first one by doing pre-packed boxes. Of course, there were still some aspects that I need to improve on, but overall it was a massive success. On the menu at the markets were:

• Deluxe Cupcakes – Nutella, Raffaello
• Standard Cupcakes – Red Velvet, Choc Mint, Gingerbread and Salted Caramel, Very Vanilla (GF)
• Macarons – Coconut and White Chocolate, Raspberry and White Chocolate, Salted Caramel, Pistachio
• Cakeballs – Chocolate Caramel Brownie, Strawberries and Cream

A big THANK YOU to everyone who came down to visit and for your support, it made for such a wonderful experience – even when I was only running on 2 hours sleep!
