Inspired by my partner’s love of anything choc-mint, I’d like to introduce the After Dinner Mint. Chocolate mint 3-layer mini cakes, coated with vanilla buttercream (I was going for the rustic look) and topped with dark chocolate ganache for the drip effect and accompanied by an assortment of chocolate mint goodies! (Including one of the by product cake pops).
