I’ve always wanted to have a cherry blossom cake, and even though it wasn’t actually for me, I got to enjoy it nonetheless 🙂
I made some strawberry macarons to go with it too. Just adds a lil something extra.
And as usual, the inside reflects the outside. Neapolitan flavours (strawberry, vanilla and chocolate) tied in with the overall tone of the cake. And boy, was it delicious!
